Important Practice Information

If you are planning to join us at the Abbey, please let us know before Sunday ringing the previous day. We do a head count during Sunday ringing to determine how many ringers may be present and whether we need to abandon ship and go over to the parish centre. Practice on the 2nd, 4th & 5th Monday of the month is at the Parish Centre

Notes

Access to the ringing room is very interesting and not for the faint hearted as the bells are rung from a cage suspended in the central tower. The path from the ground to the cage involves two stone spiral staircases, a walkway through the roof, a squeeze through a narrow passage and a see-through iron staircase into the cage.

Parking is available on a Pay & Display to the West of the Abbey, off a mini roundabout at the junction of Church Row and Abbey Road. Pershore is a small market town on the busy Worcester to Evesham road. A pleasant place to amble around and take refreshments in the restaurants.
