Access via short stair case on the right as you enter via the West door. Parking by parish centre signed from roundabout. The village has a number of pubs, General Store and Post Office. The River Stour and Staffs&Worcester canal is 150 yds away. Toilet facilities in church.

The village was mentioned in the Doomsday records and the Church records date from c1000 AD. The present church dates from early - middle 18th C. Tower base is from sandstone original.
