About Us

Our Story

On April 10th, 1882, a meeting of ringers at Bromsgrove resulted in the formation of the Worcestershire and Adjoining Districts Change Ringing Association whose objects were ‘the promotion of Belfry Reform and the Cultivation of Change Ringing.
In 1885, twelve towers were listed were change ringing was practiced, Bromsgrove, Brierley Hill, Dudley, Hagley, Grimley, Kidderminster, Netherton, Wollaston and Worcester All Saints, St John and St Martin, and St Helen.
Today, the Association has over 135 towers and over 650 members ringing across Worcestershire and Districts.

What We Offer

Belfry Advice Panel.

Members of the Panel are willing to provide assistance with minor maintenance, with advice and recommendations on bell installations.
